Schools plan Kindergarten Roundup Tuesday

Northwest ISD Kindergarten Round-up will be held Tuesday, May 1 at all elementary campuses, including the three in the Justin area.

Justin Elementary, located at 425 Boss Range Road, will welcome next year’s kindergarteners and their parents from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Clara Love Elementary at 16301 Elementary Drive will round them up from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

W.R. Hatfield Elementary at 2051 Texan Drive will host its roundup from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Parents are asked to bring the child’s birth certificate, immunization records (state law requires immunizations to be up to date to attend school), proof of residency (housing contract, rental agreement, etc.), the student’s Social Security card and their own drivers license or other suitable photo ID.

Kindergarten students must be five years old by Sept. 1 of this year.
